She further rose to prominence with her performance in Premalu (2024), where she played the lead role. Mamitha is known for portraying relatable characters in films that resonate with younger audiences. Her other film roles include Honey Bee 2: Celeberations (2017), Varathan (2018), Vikruthi (2019), Kho Kho (2021) and operation Java (2021)
